Welcome to my website!
I got my first camera when I was 15 and since then I have been fascinated by photography. For more than 20 years I have been building up and continually improving risk management professionally. This is where my experience comes from, which I share with my customers. The two topics are linked to my domains: diethard.ch for photography and kaiserseder.ch for consulting. Two main areas of photography inspire me and allow me to pass this enthusiasm on in a tangible way. One focus is travel-photography in southern Africa. I travel extensively to this part of the world myself and can therefore offer photo coaching and travel advice. I have ideas and contacts to ensure that your trip is a great memory. This results in pictures of beautiful landscapes, impressive culture, wild animals, faces full of character and unforgettable stories. |

The second focus is authentic portraits for companies and private individuals:
For companies, I understand "authentic" to mean portraying people in a company context, not just visually (buildings, machines, etc.), but it is also about capturing an idea, the mood and an identification.
Photographing people in their private environment, in the great outdoors or wherever they feel comfortable, produces completely different portraits. In addition, there is the conversation, the attention to the person, their peculiarities and feelings, so that this person forgets the camera and is completely at one with themselves. Such photos convey much more than just a "picture".
By combining photography with my own many years of business experience in an international corporate environment in a management position, up to being an independent business consultant and photographer, I have developed my vision - "Simplify without compromising on quality". This core competence also fits exactly with authentic photography - "invest time in the mood, little time in editing". Combined with NLP techniques, these images help to create an thruthfully appearance, e.g. for CVs or social media.
